ensuring full compliance with your corporate travel policies and gaining better
control of your travel expenses. DataVault is also customizable,
enabling you to create your own reports for airline tickets, hotel stays, rental
cars, and more.
DataVault 's innovative push technology captures travel reservation
information directly from the Travel and Transport New England system, allowing access to reports in
real time. And since the tool is password-protected, security and confidentiality
are assured.
DataVault delivers a host of reports that provide detailed information,
including:
- Expense Report – Data on all air, car, hotel, and fee transactions
for any invoice or travel date range
- Air Detail Report – Traveler name, department number, ticket number,
departure date, invoice number, routing, airline flown, and ticket cost
- Cost Savings Report – Information on money saved with lower fares
and lost savings due to declined fares
- Car and Hotel Detail Reports – Traveler name, departure date, number
of days or nights, vendor, cost per day or night, and total cost for stay
- Exchange Report – Traveler name, invoice date, travel date, invoice
number, airline, itinerary, original itinerary, original ticket number, and dollar
amount
- Unused Ticket Report – Status, date issued, expiration date, traveler
name, ticket number, and airline
