How FareStream works
Once a reservation request has been placed for a ticket over $1300 in value, our
travel agents proactively review the reservation to obtain the lowest possible fare.
This includes:

- Checking a minimum of five different distribution channels, including the Internet,
to find the best itinerary and pricing
- Taking advantage of strategic partnerships and contracts with carriers, hotels,
car rental agencies, and other networking partners that are not available on the
Internet
- Reviewing unpublished airfare inventories
- Seeking a fare lower than the one found at the time a reservation was made by utilizing
an automated search capability that searches 24 hours a day, every single day, until
your final departure date
- Using our Special Fare Desk to tap into alternative channels of
distribution, including consolidators and wholesalers, to find a lower fare for
airline tickets valued at more than $1300
But our work doesn't stop there. Our travel agents help protect your business travelers
by providing 24x7 emergency service at no additional charge.
